organizational-economic maintenance of delegations reception (foreign, governmental and other bodies of the government and boards);
transport service of the Regional Executive Committee State apparatus;
maintenance and protection of the Regional Executive Committee buildings;
maintenance of domestic conditions of the Regional Executive Committee State apparatus workers and leading specialists;
commissions on ordering use of the office buildings, constructions, production spaces and other objects of the state ownership;
co-operation with Lithuania and Latvia.
