MINSK, 3 December (BelTA) – The provision of export credits to Laos is stipulated by Resolution No. 694 of the Council of Ministers of Belarus dated 1 December. The document was published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA has learned.
The resolution approves the general agreement between the governments of the Republic of Belarus and the Lao People’s Democratic Republic on the provision of export credits, signed in Vientiane on 25 September 2025.
The relevant agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was also instructed to notify Laos of the completion of the domestic procedures required for the agreement to enter into force.
