On 11 August Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 301 “On the construction of cellular communication facilities”, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The document was signed in order to develop the infrastructure of telecommunication networks, introduce new technologies, improve the quality and availability of services.
The decree creates the conditions to simplify the construction and maintenance of cellular mobile telecommunication facilities, engineering and transport infrastructure necessary to ensure their functioning. In addition, the acceptance procedures for putting such facilities into operation have been determined.
