- document execution and paperwork management;
- hospitality service and food and beverage services of the Brest Oblast Executive Committee;
- organizational aspects of hosting delegations (foreign and domestic official delegations of various levels);
- transportation service of the Brest Oblast Executive Committee;
- maintenance and protection of the buildings of the Brest Oblast Executive Committee;
- accommodation for senior executives of the Brest Oblast Executive Committee and other high-ranking officials of the region.

- qualifications commission for heads of city and district executive committees, heads of administrations of districts of Brest, heads of structural units of the Brest Oblast Executive Committee, civil servants of the department for document execution and paperwork management of the Brest Oblast Executive Committee, the office for accounting and reporting, the office of protocol, the office for digital support, the office for protection of state secrets, mobilization work and defense, the office for requests and complaints of individuals and legal entities and other civil servants;
- commission for assigning qualification classes to administrative and auxiliary personnel of the Brest Oblast Executive Committee;
- commission for forwarding decisions of the Brest Oblast Executive Committee to the Brest Regional Center of Legal Information for their inclusion in the Etalon-Brest Oblast database of legal information.
